We are seeking a well-organized and technically proficient Technical Field Team Support Coordinator to oversee the installation, quality control, and support of modem and terminal equipment in the field. This role combines technical oversight, team training, and operational support to ensure exceptional service delivery and equipment performance at store locations and depots. You will have: Strong Organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) Excellent verabal and written communication skills Confident leading team meetings and delivering clear technical instructions Full Understanding of modern and terminal installation (training provided if needed) A full driving licence with no more than 6 points Preferred Experience in: Technical Field Support or equipment installation Familiarity with retail or depot operations is a plus Background in IT, telecommunications, or technical customer support is desirable What Does Your New Role Look Like? Field Equipment Management Ensure accurate and timely installation of modem and terminal equipment across store locations. Conduct on-site troubleshooting to resolve real-time technical issues efficiently. Perform Quality Control (QC) checks in retail stores to uphold technical standards. Client and Stakeholder Engagement Conduct client and PR visits to provide technical reassurance and maintain relationships. Represent the technical side of the business professionally and supportively. Operational Support Provide Assistance to depot operations as required. Oversee or participate in regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy. Administrative and Organisational Duties Maintain clear and accurate documentation related to installations, site visits and stock levels. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite Utilise MIL systems for reporting, tracking and communication purposes.
