The role is Based in HUDDERSFIELD, just 10 minutes from the M62, this business is easily commutable from Halifax, Bradford, Leeds, Rochdale, Oldham, Manchester, Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Administrator:
1. To provide support in the implementation of Quality management Systems
2. Maintaining the QMS System ensuing full compliance and standards in data and documentation
3. Assist with the implementation of the NCR Process providing reports and data
4. Support with Audits
5. Maintaining quality documentation and material
6. Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
For the Quality Administrator role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
7. Experience of working with Quality Management Systems
8. Quality Assurance and Quality control experience preferred
9. Excellent Administration skills
10. Good interpersonal skills.
11. Excellent Excel Skills
12. Attention to detail
13. Hardworking
14. The ability to work as a team but also on own initiative
Desirable
15. SAP Experience
16. Experience working in Engineering/Manufacturing Environment
17. Strong working knowledge of IS – ideally with Auditing experience
Working hours of the Quality Administrator:
Working 37.5 hours per week, the successful candidate will be offered a with flexible working hours to suit their circumstances; however, the below core working hours must be worked by all employees.
18. Monday to Thursday – 9:30AM to 2:15PM
19. Friday – 9:30AM to 12PM
In return, the Quality Administrator will receive:
20. Salary: Up to £28,.00 per annum DOE
21. Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays
22. Pension Scheme: Up to 13% combined contribution with immediate enrolment (8% Employer / 5% Employee)
