Key responsibilities:
1. Validate invoices to ensure utility charges match contracts and consumption data.
2. Accurately input billing data and analyse usage to identify discrepancies, trends, or cost-saving opportunities.
3. Address client billing queries with clear explanations and prompt issue resolution.
4. Collaborate with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve client queries
5. Manage client complaints/queries ensuring query resolution procedure is followed
6. Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies
7. Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan
Skills and experience required:
8. Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis
9. Solid analytical skills to absorb complex data and energy tariffs & legislative requirements
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. Good administration skills and attention to detail
12. Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in MS Word and Outlook
13. Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
