What you’ll be doing
* Own and drive end‑to‑end planning of paid media and digital marketing campaigns across brands and regions.
* Partner with local and central brand teams to align media strategies with commercial priorities and market dynamics.
* Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize cross‑channel campaigns (TV, digital, social, performance, etc.).
* Ensure a consumer‑centric media approach through audience insights, channel strategies, and measurement frameworks.
* Track KPIs and develop data‑informed recommendations for campaign performance and media investments.
* Foster a test‑and‑learn culture—from A/B experiments to creative innovation.
Requirements
* Experience in FMCG, retail, healthcare, or other fast‑paced, consumer‑facing industries.
* Proven track record in media planning, digital marketing strategy, or integrated campaign management—in‑house or agency side.
* Strong understanding of paid media channels (programmatic, social, TV, influencer, search, etc.) and how they work together.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; thrive in matrixed, cross‑market environments.
* Analytical mindset; translate performance data into actionable insights.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes in a high‑growth company.
