We are looking for a Financial Administration Manager to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a permanent contract basis. A standard hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week from home is available and we would also consider part-time working hours for the right candidate. You will supervise the daily running of all Financial Administration functions, which includes Accounts Payable, whilst promoting a Customer-First approach across the team and to the wider Frontier business. You will ensure the delivery of resource management to enable first class service to both internal and external customers and will maintain audit and legal requirements ensuring Frontier is always operating correctly. Liaising with customers to ensure the department delivers excellent service. Daily supervision of the workload within the team including monitoring absence and annual leave and ensuring adequate cover. Ensuring timely delivery and completion of Performance Reviews within the team. Designing and developing processes to incorporate feedback from customers and ensure we are providing the best possible service. KPI/HMRC and adhoc Reporting.
