HR Case Manager Full Time - Permanent Deeside Up to 38K DOE We are currently recruiting for a HR Case Manager to support our client's business. based in and around the South West Region. You will need to be CIPD level 7 or above to apply and will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive person with excellent communication and written skills to liaise with all levels across the business. The role will give you in-depth exposure to many complex people matters. The candidate will need to have experience in managing numerous HR Cases. The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on complex matters, and focusing on the best outcome for both colleagues and the business. You will be required to deal with serious conduct matters, employee relation issues, employee concerns and capability. This will include thorough investigations and suspension where required. Working to strict deadlines and timescales is imperative, therefore strong time management skills are required.
