A Social Media Executive vacancy is now live at RKW Ltd. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in B2C content creation across multiple social channels. Experience in product marketing would be advantageous. This is a fantastic career opportunity to join the Portfolio Brands Marketing Team, working across a selection of leading brands including Chicco, Barbary & Oak, Wade Pottery, Carmen, and Milton Brook. This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll be responsible for developing and executing engaging organic social content and seasonal influencer activity. You’ll work across multiple categories - from baby care and cookware to heritage ceramics and beauty - making this an exciting position for a passionate social media professional who thrives on variety and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Content creation (50% of time): Create engaging content for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments across the portfolio. Develop social-first video and image content in collaboration with the in-house creative team and videographer. Follow brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure content reflects each brand’s unique identity. Utilise social trends, platform insights, and competitor analysis to inspire creative content ideas. Support the planning and execution of photography and video shoots for social media use. Social Media (35% of time) Execute monthly organic social media calendars across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Schedule, post, and engage with audiences using social media management tools. Monitor performance metrics and adapt activity to maximise reach, engagement, and community growth. Maintain consistent communication and visual alignment across all portfolio brands. Support influencer and affiliate activity across the year, with a focus on Carmen’s TikTok Shop during peak season. Assist with influencer and affiliate outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking in line with campaign goals. Planning (5% of time) Contribute to the creation of the monthly Social Media and Influencer calendars Manage the social media video creation calendar with the in-house videographer Contribute to creative ideas and themes for marcomms activities Liaise with department stakeholders to drive content across other channels i.e. web / email Assist with affiliate planning and management. Admin & Reporting (10% of time) Maintain a library of social content Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend research to identify new opportunities. Monthly report on social media activity performance to agreed KPIs Assist with affiliate campaign reporting. General Duties : Research key competitors marketing activity Collaborate with the in-house Design Studio for the creation of marketing content Collaborate with the in-house Web Marketing team Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team delivering marcomms activities consistent with product priorities and NPI roadmaps Ensure all communications are consistent with brand identity and quality standards. Focus on ROI, measuring and maximising return for all marcomms activities Experience Required: A proven track record in a social media focused marketing role. Working knowledge in product marketing. Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms. Confident in using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Strong copywriting skills with experience creating engaging visual content using tools such as Canva and Photoshop. Understanding of influencer marketing or affiliate management (TikTok Shop experience highly favourable). Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines. A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
