Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a passion for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). As the M&A Lead, you will manage projects in partnership with the wider business to ensure smooth acquisitions, implement new processes, and create playbooks. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and key stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver effective HR solutions.
Key objectives:
* Lead end-to-end management of M&A projects, ensuring smooth integration across international markets while respecting cultural differences.
* Manage employee transition processes, including due diligence, cultural alignment, and organizational design.
* Partner with senior leaders to align on strategic priorities.
* Drive change management initiatives to support employees through transitions.
* Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and best practices.
* Support development of HR playbooks and frameworks for scalable M&A processes.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in HR project management, specifically within M&A integration.
* Experience working in fast-paced, changing environments.
* Confidence and credibility in managing multiple international stakeholders.
* Expertise in employee transition, change management, and organizational design.
* Global HR experience, with knowledge of international employment laws and cultural differences.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem-solve, and work with agility.
