The Project Coordinator is responsible for all duties related to project service delivery, including preparing and managing programs of works, liaising with main and sub-contractors, supervising work teams, and other related tasks. The role involves overseeing contracts involving electrical systems, including compiling RAMs and CDM documentation. This position carries significant responsibility, requiring ongoing commercial and operational awareness to promote company success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting site surveys, preparing accurate quotations, and job engineering.
* Supervising subcontractors to ensure service levels are met and reporting issues promptly.
* Providing regular updates on site activities, briefing personnel, and ensuring high standards of service.
* Preparing RAMS and CDM documentation in compliance with legislation.
* Supporting team members as needed, including during absences.
* Delivering weekly sales KPIs to management efficiently.
* Producing ad-hoc reports and overviews of ongoing works.
* Carrying out management requests within training scope.
* Managing engineering teams to ensure timely and safe work completion.
* Liaising with engineers and subcontractors, conducting site audits, and overseeing variations.
* Ensuring KPIs are met and reporting to customers promptly.
* Communicating with clients and attending meetings as required.
* Ensuring timely documentation delivery to clients.
* Working independently and as part of a team, seeking continual process improvements.
