Background
R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our Ipswich office. This is a full-time onsite office position.
The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.

* Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
* Answer incoming calls
* Electronic filing and scanning
* Raising purchase orders
* Admin support for our on-site teams
* Collating and organising documents
* Drawing management
* Meeting & greeting visitors
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Good communication skills
* Reasonable computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to manage large volume of emails.
* Attention to detail
* Good organisation skills
* Know how to prioritise workload
* Full training will be given
* You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship the duration of this is one and half years. Your continued employment will be dependant upon successful and timely completion of the apprenticeship.
