Joining an established senior management team as Accounts Manager, you will work and develop a diverse portfolio of clients, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality work whilst supporting the development of junior team members. many Partners have come up through the firmA key managerial role in a growing and well-established regional practiceOpportunity to manage a varied portfolio across multiple sectorsWork closely with senior leadership, tax and audit and corporate finance specialistsA well-established firm with a respected reputation and growing client baseHybrid (2 days WFH) & Flexible working hoursWHAT YOULL BE DOINGPrepare and review statutory financial statements for companies, partnerships, sole traders and trustsManage and support trainees, providing coaching, guidance, and technical developmentAssist with day-to-day client queries and actively seek to develop relationshipsCollaborate closely with tax and audit departments when requiredEnsure work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlinesRepresent the firm professionally in all written and verbal communicationsEngage in continuous personal and professional development through ongoing training and technical learningWHAT YOULL BRINGAccounts Manager experience, ACA or ACCA qualified used to managing your own client portfolioSeveral years experience within an accountancy practice environmentExperience with software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and IRIS (advantageous)WHAT YOULL GET AS ACCOUNTS MANAGERCompetitive salary and tailored benefits based on experience25 days holiday plus additional day of at ChristmasOption to purchase an additional 5 days holidayHybrid (2 days WFH)Flexible working 37.5 hours per week between 7.45am
