An established and growing logisticspany with a strongmitment to technology is looking for a proactive IT Service Desk/Support Analyst to join their team in Greater Exeter. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on modernising and enhancing thepany's IT infrastructure across the UK.
Your new role
As an IT Service Desk/Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for employees, providing 1st and 2nd line support for a wide range of systems and services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Resolving incidents and service requests via phone, email, and the ITSM platform.
2. Troubleshooting issues with Windows-based software and business-critical applications.
3. Deploying and maintaining IT hardware, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
4. Assisting with the IT aspects of new site openings and relocations.
5. Managing tickets, ensuring clearmunication with users and meeting SLAs.
6. Participating in an on-call support rota.
7. Occasionally, travel to other UK sites to provide support or assist with projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar IT support role. The ideal candidate will have excellentmunication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload effectively. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use is essential.
