Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a First Line Analyst (L2)Job Overview:
We are looking for a First Line Analyst (L2) to support the delivery of a 24/7 x 365 service. You will work in rotating Early, Mid, and Late shifts covering 07:00 – 19:00, providing technical support and service delivery toputacenter's customers while ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures.
1. Location: Hybrid working – 1–2 days in office with training face to face in office. Milton Keynes 3 (Caldecotte, Buckinghamshire)
2. Daily Rate: £ per hour (PAYE) OR £ per hour (via a Hays approved umbrellapany), in-scope IR35
3. Contract Length: 24-Nov-2025 to 31-Mar-2026
4. Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:• Provide first-line technical support to customers
• Investigate and resolve incidents promptly
• Fulfil service requests and assist with problem investigations
• Create and maintain support documentation
• Deliver technical coaching and guidance to colleagues
• Ensurepliance with ITIL processes and service desk standardsKey Requirements:• Active SC Clearance
• Experience in incident investigation and resolution
• Ability to fulfil requests and assist with problem investigations
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations
• Excellentmunication and customer service skillsAdditional Information:
