We're currently seeking Production Operators to join our dynamic rotational cell team, where collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
Hours of work: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
Role Overview
As a Production Operator, you'll work within a dedicated 3-person rotational cell, each member taking responsibility for a specific stage in the winding and soldering production process. This structure ensures a smooth workflow, high-quality output, and efficient use of time for secondary tasks.
Operators rotate between roles regularly to maintain skill variety, promote flexibility, and support cross-training.
Key Responsibilities
Operator 1 – Winding Machine 1 & Initial Inspection
* Load components into Winding Machine 1
* Unload completed windings
* Visually inspect windings for quality (per standard inspection criteria)
* Transfer inspected windings to buffer zone for Operator 2
* During machine cycles: perform up to 3 assembly tasks as time permits
Operator 2 – Winding Machine 2 & Mid-Process Handling
* Load inspected windings into Winding Machine 2
* Unload completed windings
* Transfer windings to buffer zone for Operator 3
* During machine cycles: perform up to 3 assembly tasks as time permits
Operator 3 – Final Processing & Quality Assurance

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures
* Willingness to rotate roles and learn new skills
* Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
* Previous experience in electronics or manufacturing is desirable but not essential – full training provided
