FLT Driver – Cullompton – £14.57/hr + Bonuses
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.
Pay & Benefits
1. Starting rate: £14.57 per hour
2. Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member – based on production performance
3. Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period
Working Hours
4. Monday to Friday
5. 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
The Role
6. Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
7. Supporting production and warehouse operations
8. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
9. Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
10. Previous experience in a similar role
11. Reliable, punctual, and a team player
