We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our team in Dartford. In this key role, you'll support all aspects of the employee lifecycle and help create a positive, compliant, and ethical workplace. What You’ll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters (e.g. grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues). Support the full employee journey, from onboarding to exit processes. Prepare induction materials and conduct new starter inductions. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in line with GDPR. Produce HR reports and metrics including absence and turnover rates. Coordinate HR administrative tasks and assist with organising company events. Promote employee well-being and safe working practices in collaboration with the Health & Safety team. Continuously review and improve internal HR processes and documentation. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of HR experience or a relevant equivalent qualification. CIPD Level 3 qualification (required). Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Discreet, ethical, and committed to confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software.
