Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £25,023 per annum/ £12.66 per hour
Monday Friday (38 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid break). Monday Thursday, 8:30am 5pm and Friday 8:30am 3pm.
Surrounding village to Kettering (may need a driving licence to get to office due to location). Office based during probation and then hybrid working.
Holidays are 33 days (including 8 Bank Holidays).

The purpose of the role:
Youll be joining our clients Customer Service team of around 10 people, in a role that combines returns management with customer service - account support.
On the returns side, youll handle the full process for customer product returns, arranging collections through courier partners, issuing return labels, and raising credit notes for returned items. Alongside this, youll also look after a small portfolio of customers, acting as their key contact for enquiries and processing their product orders.
The role is predominantly administrative (around 90%), with limited phone work (typically fewer than 10 calls per day). Most communication is carried out via email, so strong written communication skills, including accurate spelling and grammar are essential. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
The daily duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
Effectively manage and organise customer product returns to their site
Processing products orders for your group of key accounts
Respond to calls from your key account customers, offering support and assistance
Manage your own email inbox and respond to customer emails promptly
Update internal systems with relevant account information on a daily basis
Handle administration invoicing for orders through the company system
