Care Advisor (Relationship & Sales Focus)

Contract: Full Time (40 Hours) – Permanent
Shift Pattern: 4‑Day Week (4 days on, 3 days off)

About The Role
This is a high‑impact Sales & Relationship role (not a call centre). You will act as the trusted guide for families navigating the emotional journey of finding care, managing the entire pipeline from the first enquiry to the final move‑in.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead ownership of your own pipeline: conduct discovery calls, book showrounds, and relentlessly follow up to drive occupancy.
* Commercial focus: match family needs to the right home, balancing empathy with the commercial drive to convert enquiries into admissions.
* Maintain 100% data accuracy in Care Compass (Salesforce CRM).
* Work shifts 08:00‑18:00 on a 4‑day week; 3 days off each week.
* Accept alternate weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) and participate in a rotating Sunday on‑call roster.
* When working from home, ensure a private, quiet workspace that meets GDPR privacy standards.
* Attend the Lowestoft Head Office for initial induction and training week, and one day per quarter for training and team synchronisation.
Working Pattern & Commitments
* Operational hours 08:00‑18:00, 7 days a week.
* On‑call: part of the rotating Sunday on‑call rota; if remote, paid for the hours worked.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Confident self‑starter who can work autonomously and manage complex queries without supervision.
* Empathetic yet commercially minded; comfortable discussing fees and funding.
* Tech‑savvy; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
* Commitment to the 4‑day rolling rota and alternate weekend and Sunday on‑call duties.
