An opportunity has arisen for permanent Senior Healthcare Support Workers based at Ward 2F within University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
We are currently seeking healthcare support workers to join our dynamic team in a variety of areas. You will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, be a motivated individual who is willing to undertake training to develop new skills. You will be required to use your own initiative whilst working as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
Previous experience in a caring environment is essential, as is having achieved SVQ level 3 or working towards this qualification. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate well with members of the multidisciplinary team. You will be flexible to shift patterns and have a genuine interest in delivering a high standard of person-centred care.
