Position Overview
We are looking to appoint a Qualified Social Worker with sound assessment skills and a demonstrable commitment to placing customers and carers at the heart of assessment and support planning. This post is a designated Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Post. Therefore, you will need to hold an existing AMHP qualification or be committed to undertake the post qualification pathway towards this qualification and practice as an AMHP. Ideally, you have experience of working with adults with severe mental ill health and of multidisciplinary working. You must already hold a recognised Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
