Catastrophic Injury Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate

Level: Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Full Benefits

High-quality catastrophic injury work meets true flexibility
You’ll work across a wide portfolio of complex, high-value personal injury claims including brain injuries, spinal trauma, amputations, and fatal accidents. You’ll be seconded internally to different teams depending on business need, giving you the chance to:
* Lead on or assist with multi-track and catastrophic injury claims
* Collaborate with partners and national teams on headline litigation
* Gain insight into multiple clients, systems and partner styles
* Build technical expertise in a wide range of complex injury work
You’ll be involved in strategic projects, major client matters, and cross-team support (e.g. parental or sick leave cover), all while maintaining autonomy, choice and control.
Ideal candidate profile
✅ 3+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
✅ Experience in serious injury litigation – claimant or defendant
✅ Background in RTA / EL / PL / catastrophic injury claims
✅ Strong drafting, analysis & evidence review skills
✅ Confident managing £500K+ cases or ready to step up
✅ Open to working flexibly across multiple teams/partners
