IT Compliance experience summary
We are seeking an IT Compliance and Security Specialis t to ensure our IT infrastructure and security frameworks meet local and corporate standards. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining IT compliance, security protocols, and documentation, with a focus on ISO, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR.
Must have:
1. ISO
2. Strong commercial experience wit h GDPR best practises.
3. Experience managing IT compliance and security frameworks within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities
4. IT Compliance & Security: Continuously monitor and improve IT compliance frameworks to align with standards such as ISO, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR.
5. Security Patch Compliance: Ensure compliance for all hardware including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
6. Policy Alignment: Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure local policies align with corporate IT standards.
7. ISO Management: Own the ISO framework, drive continuous improvement, implement necessary changes, and conduct internal audits to maintain compliance.
8. Asset Management t: Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for IT assets and manage End-of-Life (EOL) hardware governance.
9. JML Process: Manage the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process for employees, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
10. Project Delivery: Manage and deliver IT projects on time, from documentation to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
