As an HVAC Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-impact installation jobs from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, to the highest standards, and with a focus on exceptional client satisfaction. As an HVAC PM, you'll manage contractors, lead site surveys, and oversee installations on-site—typically once a week. Flexibility to travel across the South East is essential. Your Role as HVAC Project Manager:
1. Organise or conduct site surveys for accurate quotes.
2. Manage contractors, including health & safety, training, and performance reviews.
3. This is an office-based role with work-from-home flexibility.
Requirements for the Role:
* Experience in mechanical & electrical installations (building service equipment).
* Experience with installations of capital equipment.
* Experience working with contractors, in an office setting, quoting, and delivering installation projects.
