Our client is a well-known distributor of dangerous goods with a vast network across the UK. You will be responsible for leading teams across multiple sites and will report into the Head of operations for the UK. As Regional Operations Manager - Dangerous Goods, your key responsibilities will include: Regulatory compliance, internal audits, maintenance programs, and product quality Effective management across all sites through engagement and communication with staff and customers Drives productivity, data analysis, and decision-making to reduce lost productivity and under performance Overall freight budget and decision making, utilising performance data to achieve KPIs and support business growth. Team recruitment, retention, development and training Candidates wishing to be considered should meet the following requirements: Hold recent Certificate of Professional competence in National Road Haulage Operations - Essential Demonstrable experience of managing transport operations and dangerous goods operations - Essential Previous experience of Airside Operations - Advantageous Experience with modern vehicle technologies - Essential Ability to demonstrate influential communication skills - Essential High level of computer literacy and data analysis skills - Essential Strong demonstrable organisation and planning skills - Essential Upon your appointment to the role of Regional Operations Manager - Dangerous Goods, you will receive competitive salary in the region of £60,000 - £65,000 Company Vehicle and Bonus.
