The Role – Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
You will advise on a broad range of private client and wealth matters, including:
* Estate planning and succession planning
* Wills & tax-efficient trust structures
* Trust creation and administration (onshore)
* Probate and estate administration
* Court of Protection matters
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Asset protection and wealth structuring
* Advising HNW individuals, families, trustees and advisers
* Exposure to cross-border / international private client work
What will you need?
* To be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
* 4+ years’ PQE in private client law
* Strong grounding in wills, trusts and probate
* Interest in developing HNW / complex private client expertise
* STEP qualification (desirable, not essential)
