As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a proactive In-House Pensions Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our occupational pension scheme.
As our In-House Pensions Support Officer, youll be at the heart of our pension operations ensuring accurate record-keeping, supporting member queries, liaising with trustees and 3rd parties, and helping maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Youll work closely with HR, and external parties to ensure our employees receive a high-quality, responsive pension service.

Must have at least 2 years of pension administration (in-house or third-party) Knowledge of UK pension legislation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a member-focused approach Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data Logical approach to problem-solving, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team Ability to effectively prioritise tasks A willingness to learn with a can-do attitude What Youll Be Doing: Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
