Job Description
3. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining up‑to‑date training across the team, and supporting the business with key reporting requirements.
4. Alongside leading and developing the team, you will also take ownership of day‑to‑day service activities to ensure consistently high service standards and growth within the customer base.
5. Looking for excel client management and responsible for growing the business forward.
6. Our client is looking for someone who has a strong backrgound in client management, managing a team of 3+ (b2b) and used to managing and on boarding new clients.
7. Working towards SLA, KPIS and Service/ Sales.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel
10. Leadership experience (2 year +)
11. Customer Service / Administration experience (2 year +)
12. Logistics / Supply Chain experience (desirable)
13. Experience in SAP (desirable)
