Our client is a global creative communications agency looking for an Account Director to join their West Midlands office. You will work with key clients, supporting strategic event planning. You must have previous event agency experience and be comfortable discussing event content and strategy at a senior level.

About You:
Seeking a highly skilled individual with 5+ years of event production agency experience to manage diverse client projects, including large-scale events. Strong project management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be adept at client management, content creation, financial oversight, and strategic thinking. Leadership and ability to adapt in dynamic environments are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage client projects, oversee teams, liaise with suppliers, and attend all events.
* Content Development: Lead creative content across media with the Client Services Director.
* Financial Management: Oversee project profitability, margins, and client contract obligations.
* Process and Quality Control: Maintain high standards, improve processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
* ROT: Manage Return on Target metrics, support strategic client engagement.
* Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively.
* Client Management: Attend meetings, communicate with stakeholders, identify opportunities.
* New Business & Business Development: Support pitches, develop growth plans, and attend networking events.
* Health & Safety: Ensure safety compliance and documentation.
* CRM: Keep client data updated.
* Line Management: Lead and develop account teams, conduct performance reviews.
* Company Culture: Promote values, participate in team activities, and share ideas.
