Senior National Account Manager
LEC Beverages Limited – Tsingtao Beer (UK)
Location: London based (office and field based)
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum + strong performance-based commission
LEC Beverages is the sole UK distributor of Tsingtao Beer, China’s most iconic and internationally recognised beer brand. We are now entering a key growth phase and are looking for a highly driven Senior National Account Manager with proven beer industry experience to help scale the brand across the UK.
This role is for someone who understands the beer market, routes to trade, and the realities of selling beer in the UK. We are not looking for a general FMCG account manager or someone new to beer. We want someone who has already worked in beer and wants the opportunity to build a brand properly, with real responsibility and upside.
The Role
You will take ownership of national and regional accounts across on-trade and off-trade, working closely with senior leadership to grow distribution, increase volumes, and secure long-term listings.
This is a hands-on role, combining office-based commercial planning with significant time on the road meeting customers.
Key Responsibilities
•\tManage and grow national and regional beer accounts across on-trade and off-trade
•\tBuild strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, cash and carries, distributors, and hospitality groups
•\tSecure new listings and drive meaningful volume growth
•\tDevelop and execute account plans focused on distribution, rate of sale, and visibility
•\tWork with leadership on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy
•\tIdentify new routes to market and growth opportunities
•\tRepresent the Tsingtao brand professionally within the UK beer industry
What We’re Looking For
•\tDemonstrable experience working in the UK beer industry
•\tProven background as a National Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within beer
•\tStrong understanding of on-trade, off-trade, and wholesale beer channels
•\tA commercially driven mindset with a track record of winning and growing accounts
•\tHungry, resilient, and motivated by results and progression
•\tSomeone who wants ownership and responsibility, not just to manage existing accounts
•\tA builder mentality, focused on long-term brand growth rather than short-term brand hopping
