Join us and be at the forefront of the green revolution, where every line of code contributes to a cleaner, brighter future.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n* Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with SSE's transformation objectives.\n\n* Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery teams, central functions, and business stakeholders to drive value and collaboration.\n\n* Ensure successful transition of solutions into service, meeting operational, compliance, and business readiness requirements.\n\n* Manage cross-product dependencies and external interfaces to ensure seamless delivery and operational alignment.\n\n* Work closely with Product Owners to shape and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring delivery is aligned with business priorities.\n\n* Provide clear, regular updates on delivery performance, risks, and progress against roadmap milestones.\n\n* Support funding submissions and advocate for appropriate investment to enable successful delivery.\n\nWhat do you need? \n\n* Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in agile and hybrid environments.\n\n* Strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale business and technology change projects.\n\n* Deep understanding of IT service management, ITIL, and SIAM frameworks.\n\n* Experience managing project financials, including capex/opex structures and cost tracking.\n\n* Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat happens now? \n\nAfter submitting your application for the Workstream Lead role, we understand you're eager to hear back.
