Support Worker - Mental Health Care Home (Waking Nights)
Location: Herefordshire
Salary: £13.40 - £13.70 per hour
Shift Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on shift rotation – (Panama Schedule). Waking Nights: 9:30 pm – 8:00 am
Experience: Experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidates.

* Understanding of mental health and recovery‑focused care (preferred)

* Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (preferred, not essential)
