The Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Partner to take a leading role within the RED & SR team. You will manage and lead complex matters including: Developer and right to light disputes Party wall and trespass claims Landlord & tenant litigation Possession and mortgage claims Contested lease renewals, forfeiture and secured recovery Beyond case leadership, you will play a strategic role in client development, cross-referrals and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the department's growth.
