Nursery – Bright Horizons East Barnet Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £31,158.40 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Role Overview
We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our East Barnet nursery located close to Arnos Grove and Southgate stations. This role is for the Toddler room. The 86 place setting offers four bright and airy age‑specific rooms, with a large outdoor environment for the children to explore, including racing tracks, a vegetable garden, climbing equipment and play trays.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to encourage their development towards key milestones.
* Create a safe environment that allows children freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.
