Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Regeneration contractor who are running a Damp and Mold scheme in Nottingham. The contractor is looking for Freelance Assistant Site Managers to start date on 10/11 and is set to run for 4 months work.
The successful Assistant Site Managers will preferably come from a background within the social housing sector, be based within the Nottingham area or within travelling distance.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the Project Manager/Site Manager on the day to day running of site#
* Liaise with Subcontractors
* Managing trades and Labour
* Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
* Reporting progress to senior management.
* Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
* Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
* Maintaining quality control checks
* Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
* Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered too
Requirements & Experience
* SMSTS
* First Aid At Work
* CSCS Card
* Previous experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/Supervisor
* Own transportMonday - Friday working week, 40 Hours per Week
* 4 Month Contract
