About the role…
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, smart, and motivated individual to join our team of Parts Telesales Advisors at our multi franchise parts distribution centre in Backburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focused and experienced in growing business by building new and existing relationships in line with the manufacturers brands we support.
Reporting to the Trade Parts Xpress Centre Manager the Telesales advisor will work as part of the Telesales team creating, developing, and driving high performance by using the manufacturers systems to accurately identify parts to meet the customers' requirements.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage although not essential, together with multi- franchise or aftermarket parts distribution.
