Administrative Assistant
People Operations Administrator
Location: Bristol
6 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for people and process? We're looking for a People Operations Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative People Team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build or grow their career in HR and people operations.
About The Role
As a People Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle - from onboarding to payroll and everything in between. You'll be a go-to person for day-to-day HR queries and the engine behind many of our core people processes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver high-quality admin support across onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
* Coordinate inductions and manage compliance training for all new joiners.
* Support recruitment activity through our Applicant Tracking System - from interview scheduling to candidate communication.
* Maintain accurate employee records and support workflow management through our People Operations system.
* Prepare reports, collate data, and support monthly payroll and benefits processes.
* Raise purchase orders and help process invoices using our ERP system.
* Ensure a positive, consistent, and confidential service across all people-related touchpoints.
Who We're Looking For
* Experienced administrator, ideally within an HR or People Operations environment.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who's approachable, discreet, and professional.
* A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others and improving processes.
* Comfortable working with change and new technology.
