Role Description
The Senior Valuer | Estate Agent will play a key role in the valuation and sale of properties while also nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property valuations, preparing detailed market analyses, advising clients on pricing, managing property sales, and supporting appraisals. The role includes meeting customers, negotiating offers, and overseeing transactions to completion. This is a full-time on-site role based in Rothley, an affluent and charming village in North Leicestershire demanding a proactive, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a community environment.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Property Valuation, Market Analysis, and understanding property trends
* Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Sales Negotiations
* Experience in Estate Agency Operations, Property Law, and Relevant Compliance Standards
* Ability to meet sales targets, manage deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and relationship building
* Proven experience in estate agency or sales
* A valid UK driving license is required
* Relevant qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field are advantageous
