Job Title: European Equity Analyst – Boutique Investment Management
£80,000 - £100,000 + 20-30% Bonus

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven individual to join our boutique investment management firm. This role combines analysis of pan European specified sectors, offering the opportunity to shape investment strategy and contribute to the firm’s performance across developed long-only equity mandates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of European markets, regulatory frameworks, and a collaborative mindset suited to a boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities
-- Conduct rigorous research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities in specified equity markets.
- Maintain regional or sector-specific opinion lists and present stock recommendations with supporting analysis.
-Participate in the investment process attending meetings throughout the week focused on macro outlook, sector themes, risk and specific stocks
- Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance as needed to optimise returns and manage risk.
- Communicate investment rationale, performance updates, and strategic outlooks to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in investment policy committees and contribute to team-based decision-making processes.
- Support due diligence and reporting requirements for institutional clients and regulators.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fund management
- Proven track record in generating successful investment ideas.
- Familiarity with compliance systems and regulatory frameworks.
