Registered Nursing Home Manager – Elderly Care
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
A high-performing elderly nursing home in London is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to its elderly residents. With excellent support from head office, a strong clinical team, and outstanding local reputation, this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark at a flagship location.
The home provides a mix of nursing, dementia, and residential care to a vibrant community of older people. You'll oversee all operations including compliance, staffing, occupancy, and clinical governance.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
Ensure CQC compliance and continuous quality improvement
Support a strong team of nurses, carers, and support staff
Deliver high standards of care across residential, nursing, and dementia units
Drive occupancy, staff retention, and community engagementWhat We’re Looking For:
Experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
Valid NMC PIN preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, and clinical compliance
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
