* ting - Monitor and report on financial performance, including budgets, staffing and expenditure.Trust

What Were Looking For
Essential
o Proven operational leadership experience in the care sector
o Strong understanding of CQC standards and care legislation
o Experience managing multiple sites or services
o Exceptional leadership and communication skills
o Commercial and financial awareness
o Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
Desirable
o NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
o Experience supporting services through periods of growth and positive change
o Knowledge of digital care planning systems and workforce tools
