* Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
* Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives
* Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to high performance
* Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld and continuously improved
* Identifying and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency and service quality
* Collaborating with stakeholders to support the wider success of the site
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced operational or warehouse environment
* A proactive leader with strong communication and team‑building skills
* Able to think on your feet, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
* Comfortable using data to track performance and make improvements
* A hands‑on, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
