We are recruiting an Employer Solutions Assistant Manager based in our London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, or Preston offices. The role involves supporting diverse clients with share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and support more senior colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
* Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, designing new employee incentive schemes.
* Motivating your team to ensure efficient reward spend.
* Providing advice on tax treatment of share plans during implementation and transactions.
* Implementing share plan structures and preparing legal documentation.
* Advising on share valuation for tax purposes.
* Collaborating with RSM colleagues worldwide on international share incentive structures.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a Share Plans / Reward team at a reputable firm.
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, Solicitor).
* Client handling and project management experience.
* High-quality work for demanding clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
