Part time Personal Assistant Birmingham City Centre Pro rata salary from 28k Part time hours, 25 hours a week Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for calls, post, deliveries, and visitors. General office admin, scanning, document editing, and system updates. Support the senior leadership team. Manage inboxes, schedule meetings, set reminders, and prepare agendas. Handle expenses and follow up on meeting actions. Book travel, accommodation, transport, and team events. Support wider business unit events when required Manage cleaning, maintenance, and office safety compliance. Liaise with property managers and coordinate supplier visits. Organise training (first aid, fire wardens) and maintain compliance records. Conduct regular safety and housekeeping checks. Support new starter inductions, IT setup, and HR coordination. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of day-to-day operations. Previous office management and personal assistant experience is essential for this role ideally within corporate or professional services.
