You'll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower women to gain independence and reach their full potential.
You'll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team that embraces differences and creative thinking.
The ability to engage and build strong relationships with women while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse, and trauma.
A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response.
The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations.

Contract: Part time, permanent
Hours: 23.5 hours per week, Support Assistants working a shift pattern including one night shift (4.45pm-9.45am) and one day shift (9.30am-5pm) per week. Between 11.30pm and 7am can be sleeping hours as long as the project is settled; otherwise, these would be waking hours, as needed to support and safeguard our young people.
