Overview
We are searching for an expert finance change professional to enable the implementation and delivery of driver-based planning models using Anaplan. This high-profile role will be responsible for converting our VMO2 strategic goals into actionable plans and outputs alongside Finance Subject Matter Experts. It will be delivered by leading a cross-functional squad of technical model building resources, while focusing on change management and adoption across the wider Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, while driving Finance Transformation at pace. The role ensures the programme delivers robust planning assumptions aligned with our strategic goals to produce accurate rolling monthly P&L forecasting. It will also support driving data prerequisites to make the tooling a success, including reporting, analysis and automation of reporting. * Lead a cross-functional squad of technical model building resources to implement driver-based planning models in Anaplan and deliver the programme outcomes.
* Focus on change management and adoption across the wider Finance team.
* Ensure robust planning assumptions aligned with strategic goals to produce accurate rolling monthly P&L forecasts.
* Drive forward data prerequisites to enable tooling success, including reporting, analysis and automation of reporting.
Qualifications
* Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
* Change professional with a good understanding of key finance processes, accounting standards & data platforms
* Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skills across various levels
* Strong project management experience
* Finance transformation experience (incl implementation of new processes, WoW, systems and tools)
* Proven abilities in implementing Anaplan (desirable) or similar forecasting tool
* Experience with agile ways of working with cross-functional squads
