We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our UK Marketing Team, leading the end-to-end delivery of key marketing and innovation projects. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the board.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and execute marketing projects from concept to launch
* Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from design and supply chain to consumer engagement and performance marketing
* Monitor project performance and report on KPIs
* Proactively identify and manage risks, keeping projects on track
* Drive brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
* Prioritise and align interdependent initiatives across Andrex and Kleenex
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years’ experience, with 3+ years in marketing or innovation project management (FMCG)
* Strong track record of project delivery and business results
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Data-driven mindset with strong numerical reasoning
* Effective leadership and influence across cross-functional teams
* Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
* Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Experience in Integrated Marketing Frameworks (IMF) is a plus
