We are working with an established and growing financial services business. We’re looking for an AI & Automation Operations Lead to take ownership of the next phase of our automation and AI journey. This is a newly created role at an exciting point in the company’s evolution. They are already using Power Automate and RPA internally; now they want someone to expand on that foundation, design smarter workflows, and introduce AI-assisted systems pragmatically and safely.
What you’ll do:
* Map and improve operational workflows alongside leadership and ops staff
* Manage and expand our Power Automate / RPA processes
* Design AI-assisted tools for document handling, summarisation and workflow support
* Manage integrations between internal systems and external platforms
* Evaluate AI tools and vendors, and coordinate with external developers where needed
* Support internal adoption, training and operational reliability
What we’re looking for:
* Strong systems thinking and practical operational judgement
* Genuine curiosity about AI and automation
* Comfort with Power Platform, RPA, APIs, AI/LLM tools and low-code/no-code development
* Ability to spot inefficiencies and redesign workflows end-to‑end
* A background in operations and automation, CRM / business systems, workflow consulting, process improvement, technical operations or AI implementation
* Experience in financial services, or other regulated environments is a real plus
