Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team.The school is looking for someone with a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum who can confidently support pupils across the classroom, deliver interventions, and help raise attainment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Teaching Assistant who enjoys making a positive impact on children's learning and development.The Role: Supporting the class teacher across the school day Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group intervention sessions Supporting pupils across core subjects including Maths, English, and Phonics Helping children stay engaged and focused during lessons Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staffThe Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Have recent experience working within a UK primary school Have a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum Be confident delivering intervention sessions Have excellent communication and teamwork skills Be nurturing, proactive, and reliableWhy Join Aspire People?
