What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the mechanical maintenance team, overseeing performance and development
* Managing mechanical services and contractors to ensure quality and efficiency
* Planning and supervising preventive maintenance and shutdowns
* Responding to equipment failures, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions
* Managing maintenance budgets and optimising spare parts availability
* Ensuring statutory compliance, including safety device testing and PSSR-regulated systems
* Supporting audits and compliance checks
What we want from you:
