We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator to join a leading Specialist Orthodontic practice. This is a fantastic role for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey while delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting new patient consultations
* Preparing and discussing patient reports
* Checking in with patients throughout their treatment journey
* Corresponding with dentists and referring practitioners
* Taking patient records including clinical photographs, digital scans (iTero), and X-rays (if qualified)
* Managing and contacting new patient enquiries
* Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Full training will be provided to ensure you understand the practice vision and values, all focused on maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements
* Previous dental experience (essential)
* GDC registered
* Radiography qualification (required)
* Orthodontic experience (desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
